Part 3 This is the July 2022 edition of the podcast that DUB FX built, with original co-host DJ D-Phoenix! Monsanto and its company ethics are discussed between panelists Doug Next Door, "Oz" and the resident DJ. SOLDIERS OF MONOCHROME's LO-RYDER and the resident DJ compare fruit-flavored marijuana. The rap/hip-hop artist from Wales also talks about a recent bout with Covid. SFC Diggler tells the others about "the Dark Web", the 10 Amendments, and faith-inspired landmarks. Dietary value of bacon, shellfish, and pork is debated, as are processed food staples such as Wonder Bread, potato chips, and others. THE PODCAST THAT DUB FX HELPED BUILD...
Chances are that you've already heard the story of how Hook, Line & Thinker: A Podcast got started..and perhaps, you haven't.
DJ D-Phoenix had been introduced to DUB FX and his music a couple of years prior to HLT through another DJ at Free Radio Olympia 91.9 FM. Already familiar with and a fan of his music, he approached the management for Dub FX, inquiring about a possible interview, back in the fall of 2020.
The interview was granted, and the meeting was held shortly thereafter. During the initial conversation between the DJ from Olympia and the Australian recording artist, the conversation kept bouncing back to fringe topics like GMOs, totalitarian governments, official cover-ups, and the like.
Before they finished the chat, it had been suggested that they should approach a second round of discussion sometime. That's when a handful of conversations happened over the course of a couple of months, bringing in Dub FX's manager/best friend Cade Anderson, as well as the first of the current panelists that would become regulars on the podcast series.
The first panelists that were able to "meet" and converse with Dub FX and Cade were Tamie 2.0, RoryBorealis, Danny Boy, Sponge, and SFC Diggler.
In fact, it was Cade Anderson who gave the podcast its name.
What follows is some of the recorded evidence of the ongoing series of discussions. The names have been changed to protect the innocent.
